Yeah, the problem with exercising in general is it becomes boring quickly and even faster if there is no specific goal. When we were young there was, for me, always a goal. Throw more accurately. Hit the ball better. Move more quickly or more smoothly. All in the interest of better play. With a physio it is very goal directed. Their goals but still. Once that is done where is the goal? Why am I doing this? If it isn't fun then where is it going and when is the pain going to stop.
