Not a lot of money in individual training. I'd love to have someone to see once a week who would keep me on track and motivated but even if I could find the perfect situation I assume it would cost me $400+ a month or so and I don't want to spend that much money. I'll admit I've not looked much but, yeah, they want young tough people to work with who will show progress and have goals.
