No doggies today
Lots of rain. So strange to see. Flooding all over. The dog ranch will be full on mud today. The big issue with that is the dogs get the heavy mud between their toes and if not cleaned out there are all kinds of chances for infection. I'm taking a fellow pickleball person on Saturday to visit and see what the gig is. He might want to register as a volunteer too.
So I'm cleaning up my PC moving files from companies I have owned to an archive drive. I'll hang on to them for a few more years (it has been less than five) and then just wipe the drive. It gets them off my PC and out of my backups making them much smaller.
AND I'm reading 1984 on its 70th year of publication. I want to read Julia, the story from her side but thought I'd refresh my memory. Not that it is relevant. No doublespeak around here. No Two Minute Hate rally.

Fittingly I happen to be eating some Weetabix handy so I'm very British ATM.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, Cubby died:
He had by all reports a wonderful life with a woman who died a couple of years back. That is how he ended up at the ranch. He was a gentle soul. We're down to four Pyrenees puppies now.
I have it on some authority we may be picking up some Pitbulls who might be moving from the other building.
