I used them once off season at Port Aransas, TX. But we got screwed by either AB&B or VRBO. We had reservations in Jax and airline tickets going to this festival. I made reservations five or so months in advance. A month out the host cancelled the reservation having, presumably, figured out there was a festival and he could make more money. Nothing I could do but find a reservation elsewhere. So I don't trust them much.
