Tracking the days
Maybe there are too many days in a week. I was driving to the top of the dog walking trail today with Zoe and Toby on our morning walk. When we passed the elementary school I was wondering what was going on that there were so many cars. On my way back I figured out it was Friday. Accounts for all the cars. And the kids now on the playground.
There is clearly a disconnect in my mind. I DID put out the trash cans knowing that today was Friday. But that was a long time ago, yesterday afternoon.
Anyway, we got our walk in and it was nice. Overcast today and almost drizzly. I may do some weed and feed on the grass while we're getting wet weather. I've got it cut pretty short now so that the real grass will grow over the winter weeds.
Other than that we're not doing much today. I'm expecting an Amazon delivery of some nonskid strips that I'm going to take tomorrow out to the dog Ranch. On either end of a lovely bridge over a creek they have is a slope from bridge to ground. The guy that built it a couple of years ago put down some nonskid that has long ago worn away. Both ends are slippery and having a dog pull you down a slick ramp is no fun. SO I'm going to fix the problem.
And I'll probably say hello to the dogs too long as I'm there.
