It is pretty tasty. I've not been baking and I can taste that the whole wheat flour (it is a whole wheat banana bread) is starting to turn. Downside about not baking enough. All the ingredients get old. Not enough turnaround.
Yes, because I use a lot of it I buy 20kg0ish at once to save on delivery fees and get bulk buy discounts, but I wish I had enough freezer room to store it there. I probably should buy less at a time to avoid the oils in the germ going off.
