yeah.. Amy is turning into a HUGE gain.. she was sick today so she overslept. But she has really come into her own. Holds down the fort and is getting better and better at diagnosing and repairing. Her customer relationship skills are the best. She is very patient and only sometimes gets rattled. Best of all she is consistent in what she does and says. So if I get a customer come in and say we didn't tell her that her programs would disappear during a reload I know that she is mistaken. Amy invariable explains the process exactly the same every time. That is worth a lot.
She prefers to remain in the shop most of the time. The other two would rather be on site most of the time. And I'm in between. Works out well.
We have a great team. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and it seems that someone else on the team fills the hole that another member has. And we all get along. It is pretty amazing.
