Every day's a holiday

Must be spring... oh, yeah, exactly spring. A little breezier today so some tough into the wind riding but I was just stretching my legs on a different bike. My trail bike needed to move some. It had been sitting since before my shoulder surgery in October so I took it out for a few miles around the neighborhood. Different seat so my posterior was OK with it. [image: Capture.JPG] Dana is out with her cousin today so I've got the house to myself. Good day to finish my iron frying pan seasoning. It is ready for the oven but she has a hard time breathing when the oven is on normally, not even when I'm seasoning a pan. It is an old Lodge frying pan. I've already got one but this one might get used on the outside grill to blacken some fish or something like that I don't want to do inside. Meanwhile it will just be nice to have an alternative iron skillet.
