Gov. Greg Abbott has barred Texas cities from implementing any rules that would require face coverings.

Maybe that would explain my trip to HEB.

Texas, ah Texas. I lived there 6 months. Couldn't wait to get back to Missouri. Have a niece in Dallas and a grandson in Austin so need to get their perspective.

This makes me glad to be living in New York, where action was not taken soon enough but by gum, action was taken and we still have many restrictions in place.

And Cuomo really had an impact on the entire country. Like Trump but opposite. Just the right person in the right place at the right time. He saved tens of thousands of lives just in NY.
