The mower is a success.  I did the entire yard and used up about 25% of the battery so I'm thinking that it will work well for years.  And so much easier than the push mower through the thick grass.  It will take a few weeks or longer to get the grass at the right height but it is so easy to cut with the mower that I'll likely cut it more frequently, something that grass likes anyway.

The best thing about this mower is that it cost me nothing.  I bought it with saved up proceeds of my Prolific surveys.  Such a deal.  I'm starting a new savings pot in Prolific, this time for a couch in my office.  So, bring on the surveys!

That is the house where the renters moved out and the owners live in Boston. What you can't see looks even worse. But Dana has it under control. Somehow she has become friends with the realtor and through her, the owner in Boston. The owner of the house is moving down sometime soonish and they are meanwhile trying to work something out about the yard which does not, blessedly, include me.

So I'm doing nothing about the situation and it is getting fixed. Could not be happier. Now I just need to get all the brown in our yard to turn green in time for the late August drought.

That’s the best cost. I am slowly earning on Prolific, still waiting for a couple to be approved

That's awesome! And only 25% used, that's nice. My brothers do a ton of surveys and use the proceeds for everything they can.

Were you the one who told me about Prolific? If so, thanks. I've gotten somewhere around $500 from them since the beginning of the year which has been very helpful given the pandemic-induced difficulties with working as normal.
