So far so good
Jun. 7th, 2011 18:27A somewhat annoying week. Doing OK but everything seems exceptionally difficult. It is beyond the end of day and I have to reload a laptop that I loaded today. I have to reload it because I was testing a clone system from one drive to the second internal drive and apparently overwrote the drive I had just spent the day configuring. Half an hour after I told the customer it was ready so I expect I'll see him tomorrow and he expects the laptop he just spent $1400 on to be ready.
The whole week has been like that. Nothing that can't be recovered, nothing that isn't going to turn out OK. But just a pain in the neck for everything. Same for the rest of the crew.
So it will no doubt get better.
Nowhere to go but up.
Right now I'm watching my evo update its firmware. I'm talking excitement. Tired of waiting so I'll take it in the car with me and let it finish there. Time to go home.
