Jan. 14th, 2023 11:00I'm that much better today. Even when it is tired and cranky my back is better than it was last time it was tired and cranky. I went to PT on Thursday. Nothing surprising. We evaluated and assigned some stretches for me to do two or three times a day and set an appointment for Tuesday. The stretches help. I'm better at walking my daily (again) walk with Zoe. It does not hurt too much until the end now. I took some Tylenol first thing this morning and I think it had kicked in before the walk. Testing that process. But it is better which means the fracture isn't too bad.
I got my zipper replacement pack yesterday and replaced the slider without too much trouble. So I've got my sweatshirt back for $13 and have a bunch of zipper parts if/when I ever need them. And I've got a new sweatshirt on the way bought before I figured out I could fix the one I had.
The Jaguars play today. The year before we moved to Jacksonville the Jaguars team was created. I've been following it ever since. They are unlikely to win today but it is so nice that they have gotten this far after the disastrous last year. And I like their QB. He's a good person who handled himself well during the mess that was Urban Meyer. Above the fray but still the team leader.
Lots of mold in the air today complemented by 'cedar'. So most Texans are miserable. Dana is no exception. I'm only susceptible to the mold so I'm only a little miserable. Other than that it is a lovely day.
