I found myself walking this morning with Zoe and Toby in the lovely sunshine 50ish degree weather listening to Tara Brach and thinking that I was probably adding years to my lifespan doing all those things at once. I didn't even trip or nothing.
After doing that and stopping by HEB I'm a bit tired and my back is a little sore but lots of progress. I try to do a little more each day to get my stomach muscles working in support. I'm thinking about doing a bit of a bike ride here in a little while. First since early December.
My trip to HEB fixed a major problem in our house. A few weeks ago I bought a box of kitchen trash bags that we broke out yesterday. They were infused with some smelly crap that made the house smell like Cracker Barrel. I bought some today and replaced the smelly ones in our house. I'll take the offending batch to the Dog Ranch. They won't be able to smell them there. Love dogs but they do have a scent no matter how much one cleans. They will be happy for the contribution.
I also bought eight more boxes of tissue. We live in Texas and I have 12 boxes of unopened tissue on hand something I consider a minimum. I go through a box every week or two taking stacks with me on my walks. Mold and Oak tree are my big ones. I'm always in season:
