It may be very cool and all, but I don’t think autonomous cars are the way of the future. That tech might be useful on public transit, eventually. As someone who hangs out with a lot of artistic types, I have serious concerns about the way AI organizations seem to be scooping up peoples’ labour for free, and then profiting from it. Not to mention the horrible disinformation, including how it is being used in the Israel/Hamas conflict. Which leads me back to Musk himself, who is a pretty horrible person from all I can see (despite having blocked him on Twitter).
