bill_schubert I feel bad about saying this but I had a great Electrician Day today and a great Plumber Day yesterday. Both came on time as promised, did the job, worked clean and charged appropriately.
I'm sorry I can't send either to Seattle.
So we got two things fixed that really needed to be right before the ribbon cutting on Thursday.
BUT that was not the second thing, that was one thing. The second is that I pay myself rent tomorrow and use some of it to pay mortgage. It is a great thing to not be sending my rent to Black Hole Illinois.
I'm a perfectly nice landlord and a great tenant and we get along so well together.
At the end of the worst month we've had in one and a half years I'm as optimistic as ever.
