And no reason to assume that will change.

It is cool and just a bit drizzly today. After Zoe and I got back from our walk I ate my Wheatabix outside with the birds. Zoe joined me. It was lovely. I decided that I needed to kill some calories so I got on the bicycle and did my usual 6 and a half miles. I felt pretty good so I slammed a package of Gu and went around again. It felt nice and I had Radio Paradise playing some of their eclectic mix of music. I ended up riding over an hour but was comfortable the whole time and enjoyed the time:

Now is time to decide about lunch.  And then dinner.  We have Dinnerly food coming tomorrow but I've had pot roast two nights in a row and am going to freeze what is left while I have something else.

Dana continues to slowly improve.  Very slowly but still.  Better.

I finished the audio book and moved on to Lynda Laplante's 'Buried'.  I've not gotten an anchor in it yet but will do so today.
I'm still Kindling Hakan Niesser's "Mind's Eye".  It is growing on me.
We finished the second season of 'Young Wallender' yesderday and watched one episode of Hammish McBeth on Acorn.  It is marginal but might be OK.
