Another day at the Dog Ranch
Oct. 13th, 2022 14:34What I do at the Dog Ranch is nearly all outside. If it has been raining I walk the dogs in the mud. If it is hot, we're all panting. If cold, I'm all wrapped up and the walks are short.
Today was magnificent. The temp was in the 70's and breezy, sunny and a perfect day to take your dog for a walk. So I did that eight or nine times.
One of them was Tyson, a mid size dog who likes his treats:

He's a sweetheart and just a lovely dog:

Shadow, another of my favorites, and I walk around to where the 'not dogs' are. Three goats two of which are milk goats (I'm told). I know nothing about goats but Shadow is fascinated with them and they seem to like her too:

Shadow had her muzzle through the fence and was licking them.
It was a great day and, as usual, at the end I sat with the small dogs. One of them decided he needed to be on my lap:

I don't know his name but he was happy to be there and it was nice to have a buddy helping me rest.
Toby is getting her mohawk done today and I'm watching the Mariner's game after having watched the 6 January committee. Busy day.
The Asurion people had me send in my Dyson vacuum. They gave me a UPS label and I had a Dinnerly box so that part was easy. I spent $35 on a plug in vacuum that will be here tomorrow so I won't go crazy with wanting them to send it back. If they had just sent me a battery I'd have it fixed by now. I can see why they want to control the outcome and test the repair. Doesn't mean I like it.
Asurion works by Chat only. I submitted a claim that failed and spent over an hour on chat having them submit it. Now I get emails asking if I want to complete my claim and the actual claim number I have does not work in my account and fails on the tracking service. But then I go to chat and everything is fine. Annoying. But maybe it will get fixed anyway. They say repair or replace.
Back to the game. They need my support.
