Poco a poco
Dec. 16th, 2022 13:21As predicted I'm much better today. Backs are tough. I've been blessed with seldom having a back issue but I know people who have had them all their life no matter what their physical condition. I'm still in a little pain and had a hard time with Zoe's walk today but we managed to finish it. I'm guessing a few days before it will be 100 percent but Tylenol and Baclofen are keeping things reasonably controlled for now. Deep breathing is painful but I'll do without for a bit.
Meanwhile, I'm lighter of spirit since we made the group decision to kill Kind Pool Cleaning. The project was apparently causing me more anxiety than I realized and I'm back to enjoying the feeling of having nothing required of me again. I think one of the crew and I are going to continue to develop the web site just to do it. It is in a sand box and will not be published but we've bought a year of WPEngine so we may play with it. I've always sucked at web sites and would never have created one that we needed to actually build but one of the partner's seemed to think it would be easy so we were going to do it. And now will just play with it.
And we have Toby's mobile salon enroute:

The people who did our hair, Pet Hair Everywhere (great name), through two dogs, retired. So we've looked for a replacement. An across the street neighbor uses this lady and, although expensive, it is so much nicer for us and Toby to be right here. Hopefully Toby and Dana like her. It is nice to be able to get anything done without driving to Georgetown.
And I'm kind of rolling in my enjoyment of my most recent retirement.
