Lots of noise about the 'new' Amazon prescription offerings.  So I pulled the thread and, to their credit, the sign up process was pretty good.  Not sure how they figured out that I had Tricare for Life but they did it automatically once I pushed the button.  I entered all my meds and my lack of allergies and my medical conditions.  It was all pretty user friendly.  Downhill from there, though.  Any prescriptions I had that were covered (all but one) were prohibitively expensive, three times what I'm paying at Express Scripts.

So, worth a look.  I was hoping that maybe paying $5/month would give me some kind of a deal.  But not so much.  Not so long ago I paid zero for my prescriptions.  But congress helped me out.  Now I pay $12 for each of them.  All are generic and I can find them for only a little bit more in other places but nowhere can I find them for less.  So Express Scripts still had my business.

Dana it a different matter.  She's got a bunch more than I have and I've got them farmed out to the cheapest place which is not necessarily Express Scripts.  I keep track in a spreadsheet.  I doubt I'll even look at them in Amazon.  I do check Mark Cuban's site periodically.  So far I've not found any on his but he keeps expanding and it is just a matter of time.  His model is disruptive in an excellent way.

Other than that it is a quiet day.  I've nothing on the schedule and will likely accomplish it all.

The walk with Zoe was encouraging.  For all but the last but I felt really good.  Got tired towards the end.  My back gets tired still.  The muscles lose strength.  But much better than it has been.
