And today's dogs
Jun. 15th, 2023 12:11There was a realtor in the area who saw what appeared to be an abandoned dog. She investigated a bit more and found that there was more to the story. Seven times as much.

The mom dog does not have a name yet but is really enjoying the food. She's got a ways to go but is wagging her tail and people friendly so she will have a good life from here. As will the little pile o' puppies in the corner. There are seven of them. The Ranch will ensure all this is well managed. Meanwhile they get all the attention they need and then some.
Meanwhile, the dog of the day is Tyson. I no longer walk the four most difficult dogs to walk. After proposing a safe way to get them out and back into their living areas and being shot down I just decided to not walk them at all. This is sad as they deserve attention too but the way they want us to take them in and out is not safe for me and not safe for them. The up side of that is I get more time with the rest of the dogs. I've walked Tyson a couple of times. Turns out he LOVES being brushed. They leave us a couple of brushes out where we can use them and I brush Tyson. He pays me back by washing my face:

I did spend half an hour or so hanging with Khaleesi. Every time I write that name it is different.
I asked her how to spell her name. She thought about if for a bit, looked at me with her 'oh, human' look, rolled on her back and said 'belly rubs!!!'.

I don't think she cares how it is spelled. A dog who has her priorities right.
