Good Zoe news
Nov. 16th, 2023 16:06The results of testing the nodule in Zoe's back leg are positive for fat, negative for cancer or anything else.
Zoe has cracked open a bottle of champagne and there will be no living with her for a couple of days.
It is very quiet around here without Dana and Toby. I like it but I think Zoe is bored.
My massage today fixed a lot of things. Having a physical therapist trained LMT is hugely different. She earned her money today and I feel so much better for her efforts.
So weird shopping for just me. I've got Hello Fresh coming Monday and think I've got enough until then. Hard to say. I tend to eat cereal and PB&J sandwiches when left to my own devices.
I'm listening to a fairly good book by Peter Swanson, The Kind Worth Saving. Full of sociopaths. I'm also reading both the second to last last in the Old Man's War series by John Scalzi, "The Human Division" and "Enough" by Cassidy Hutchinson. Sci Fi and PolySci.
And watching season 8 of Silent Witness. Only 19 more seasons to go. That's a BUNCH of dead Brits.
