The people at Prolific have really upped their game this year. I actually make a little money and hardly work at it. They sent this for year end:
I'm not getting rich but every few days I manage to put $30 into savings so it is not nothing. I watch movies and play games and wait for a study to pop in. They have gotten more interesting over time and I sometimes get some really interesting ones and ones that pay pretty well. All for just grabbing them when they are there.
I suspect I'll have more money from Prolific in 2025. It is a not job deal that does not interfere with my dogs or pickles. Not too bad.
Speaking of which, this morning was a good pickling morning. It was very chilly to start but the sun fixed that and it was just right. The group was fun and, turns out, all female but me. All women I've known for over a year now so it is comfortable and enjoyable and I don't play as hard as I could. I lay back and let my partner play most of the balls. Actually most of the players hit around me if they can. Whoever plays with me gets lots of practice. I foster that and give pointers when they will help and be appreciated.
And I always learn a bit. Playing at the lower level gives me a chance to play shots that I could never have a chance to play. I don't mind losing and will try something that will not work for a bunch of times or maybe not at all. If we lose the trophy looks the same. Non existent.
Tomorrow is morning at the Ranch. Looking forward to it.
