There is a thing when someone is being tested for extra sensory perception. They have someone 'see' the cards one at a time and say what they are without showing them the face of the card. The results speak as well if the tested person misses all of them as if they get them all right.
I have extra sensory perception with the stock market. There is one day that was the worst day so far (and likely for the foreseeable future) to buy stocks. That is the day I bought four shares of SPY index. And the orange idiot executed his tax the poor international scheme to MAGA.
The cost to me is not much and it will come back. The investment is still good. But if I'd waited a day or two the dip would have been perfect.
Meanwhile, I moved the remainder of my savings out of PayPal and into Schwab where it will stay as savings and be added to every time I get a chance. It is easy to add money and easy to remove it from the Investment account. And easy to invest it poorly (or well) and easy to sell the investments. All at no cost. Schwab has it figured out.
Today is a windy day. Out at the Ranch it was 20 to 25 miles per hour consistently except when it gusted. It was exhausting. And they are in the process of renovating the entire place so it is a bit of chaos right now. The dogs have to be on their outside patio during the day and it makes is more difficult to do anything. More so with the gale blowing around.
But then there is this:

They named her Love, which is an annoying name but what you get in a matriarchal organization that rescues a dog in mid February.
She is really wonderful and is the companion of another who is named Valentine. Sigh.
She is getting used to being cared for, getting used to being safe and around people who only want to pet her and feed her and be sure she is happy. It is a hard transition for a wild dog but she is doing well and is sweet as she can be.
I'm happy to be there whenever I look at her and the others.
