More hip surgery
Mar. 22nd, 2025 09:10Not for me. It looks like Dana will be going down the same road. Copy cat.
She has increasingly had difficulty moving with pain in her hip. I recognized it a while back and told her what was happening. And then I shut up knowing that it would eventually get so bad she would be forced to do something. That has happened and she has the first ortho appointment next week. I suspect they will put her on the conveyor belt. It will be just a matter of time line, when it will happen. Hopefully sooner rather than later as she is in a lot of pain and can't much walk anywhere.
At least I know what to expect. She'll likely have the same doctor.
Today we have a lunch with a couple of my techs from the business. Back to back social lunches. Weird. Dana is coming with me since she knows them well too.
So, lunch and then I'm going to try a different vegan bread recipe. I'm going over to finish the chicken coop tomorrow or at least get it ready to transport to our back yard for completion. We're going to bring it over here only partially assembled but with all the pieces cut and ready to put together. Then we'll get it here, put it together, get the roofing done and have Dana paint it. The whole thing has been sealed with water resistant sealer so painting is for aesthetic appeal.
Now all we need are chickens.
