Halloween party

Dana is sitting by our front door to the left of this picture

We have a steady stream of families coming up to the front door. Dana is handing out some candy but mostly she's handing out packages of fossils that she has collected and put in plastic bags along with a detailed description of what they are and how old they are. The kids are lined up getting their bag of fossils and running back to their parents to show them. Dana is having the time of her life. I'm inside. Safe.

Funny. Dana lives for times someone asks about her fossils. Hopefully she will inspire some stem students.

We have a house full. We live in an ancient sea bed so they are everywhere. So nice she has someone to give them to. There's a line in front of the house right now.

Some of them were put off by not getting candy but ultimately many of them will remember the fossils long after the candy is gone.

We have a house full of them. Next to me and the dogs it is what Dana loves the most.
