And for her birthday Dana had some lobster bisque and found out her sensitivity to lactose has ramped up.  So she spent most of the day in bed.  She's OK but only just now recovering.

I had a piece of cake in her honor.  It is better today than yesterday.  Noom is not pleased.

Today was my annual dermatologist day.  I played a lot of tennis when I was younger and had sun burn many times as a child (before it was bad for you) so I go for an annual skin check.   I've been going to the same doc for about 15 years now and she will occasionally find something, check it, freeze it and then declare it not a problem.  And she'll clean up the one or two things that I seem to acquire as I get older.  This year was more of the same.  I've had a crusty patch on the side of my face on and off for a while now.  She froze it and it will fall away in a few days.  It is a nice thing and totally covered by insurance.  

Other than that I've been doing not much at all.  I had a thought to do something but it flew by.  I did go to the wonderful store to pick up a thing or two.  Nothing major but it is easy to go so why not.

I'm having a Dinnerly fish dinner tonight, Tilapia.  Likely I'll eat it alone and have leftovers for tomorrow.  I suspect Dana won't be up to it.  Poor Birthday Girl.

LOL at Noom not being pleased. My husband commented one day last week if Noom was OK with what I was eating, and I said, "I don't care. It's a holiday." ;)

I see a dermatologist every year, too. So far so good

Poor Dana! Now I'm worried she won't be able to eat the carrot cake when she recovers because of the cream cheese. That would be pretty tragic after being sick on her birthday.

Yeah, she's been on almond milk for years now but it is creeping into everything now. She is increasingly sensitive. So weird how that has become endemic in our society.

I have mild lactose intolerance — taking lactaid when eating something with dairy works for me.
