The list is long but up near the top where Verizon resides there is being on hold with the IRS over an issue they screwed up 2nd Quarter 2010.  Having the documentation that they were wrong doesn't help all that much since they have sequestered $1600 of my company's money until they are convinced they were wrong.
Owning a small business tends to change one's opinion about a number of institutions.
