Cold morning bike

bill_schubertBack on the bike for the first day in nearly two weeks (vacation and physical problems and way too cold) it was a bit chilly to be very enjoyable. But sloughing through the mediocre days is worth more in the long run. And it feels good to have moved again. The extremities are finally warmed back up. It was about 44 degrees so I'm thinking that may now be my limit.
We continue to get job applications but only one person has seen the request to add the word 'Orange' to their resume. Lots have added the ascertion that they are detail oriented but only one Orange.
I even returned back to everyone who had replied with a resume that they should re-read the job criteria and write me an email about why they want the job. No one read the whole thing.
