Feeling better today.  I went and played with the puppies and walked about 7K steps do far.  I'm tired but I've iced and napped and feel better now. 

And there's tennis so I'm happy.

Tomorrow morning I've got back to back appointments with Internist and Cardiologist to get me the next step into the surgery pipeline.  This was a lot easier five or six years ago.  Amazing how a couple of years in age makes such a difference.

I can now see today and surgery day on the same page of the calendar.  

After tomorrow's appointments I've got the Thursday dog Ranch day and nothing until the following Tuesday.

Funny how time can be so elastic. To those of us without pain with every step a month seems like a short time, but pain completely changes that equation.
