It's a 10 tissue day
Jan. 16th, 2021 09:31I rate my daily walks this time of year based on how many kleenex's (actually puffs... my nose is sensitive) I have to bring with me. Here is what today looks like:

The wind kicked up yesterday and knocked all the pollen into the air. The cedar is not really cedar and the mold is not actually mold. They are both mesomeres. But my respiratory system likes neither.
Off to walk with a pocket bulging with tissue.

Date: 2021-01-16 18:09 (UTC)It is just time of year. The Juniper pollination will end in a couple or three weeks and then we'll just be back to the usual grass and oak and mold.
I saw a chart last year that showed the months without allergy causing pollutions in central Texas. There were NONE. It is all year every year. The state does its best to rid itself of people and succeeds in only making us miserable.
