This is what people will see if they get my help on TurboTax

It is kind of early for me

I always have on a long sleeve shirt covering my arms.  No real reason for it, I just feel comfortable with a loose shirt.   But we must be in a white shirt so I've got this white polo for the gig.  

Starting to gear up for this.  They asked who wanted to jump in and who wanted more training.  I opted just to start.  The calls are not timed and they want us to finish them on one call with one person if possible.  So we can take our time researching or asking.  So it is a pretty safe environment to start off in.

Your calls are VIDEO????!!! Was Pelaton video? You do look like you know what you are doing but even more importantly, you look like you would be kind if I said or asked something stupid. GOOD LUCK!

Peloton was not video but TurboTax has it integrated and they want us to be in a little window within the program. It is pretty cool tech. Once the client calls in and are signed into the product they can hit ctr-enter and a box with a number will pop up and I enter it and I'm in a little box in the software and I can see their Turbo Tax and can say go here, go there, click on that, enter here... etc. Part of the software that makes it worthwhile. I've got to have a white shirt and one of the blue background things on my chair.

There is a certain amount of repetition from what I can see in Slack they have. But as I become more experienced I'll get more complex calls. AND, there is an end date to the gig since the IRS takes their toys and goes home mid April.

There's something about the lighting, maybe the glow it gives your white gear, that gives me the slight impression that you're in fact visiting from the spirit plane:). You can be TurboTax's Friendly Ghost! Good luck with Day One.

It does look a little ethereal. I've got this great light that has different settings for different colors. Still working on it.
