Anxiety sleep

No idea what it was about but I had conflict dreams last night or this morning including a knock on my front door that revealed a dozen men in raincoats and fedoras who had a search warrant.  I woke up thinking what I might have in the house that they would find and could not think of anything.  I awoke as I was turning to Dana to ask the same question.

I've no reason to be anxious and so many to be calm and content.  Today is a dog day so maybe they will know.

Meanwhile, Noom has taken on a new phase.  I'm on a very long plateau having lost about 20 pounds (just shy of 10%).  I still want to lose 10 and probably will but it is a little annoying to be up and down plus or minus a pound or two.  I've gone as low as 211 and as high as 214 for a couple of weeks now, maybe longer.  The Noom answer is to just keep doing what I'm doing, tracking the numbers and drinking the water.  I'll get there and remember this plateau as nothing important.  

It will get easier when I can ride my bike and burn off seven or eight hundred calories having fun.   Maybe the extra steps with the doggies today will help.  We'll see in the morning.
