That's about a six inch diameter cake or thereabouts? I have wanted to make one since you first posted about it. I hunted and hunted around the house for the set of six inch cake pans I know my husband bought (years ago) and never used, but I just cannot lay hands on them. I refuse to buy another small pan or pans, so I may have to make an eight inch layer, cut it in half and make a half cake instead. Because your cake looks so delicious!
It is a LOT of chocolate taste. Huge advantage of a six inch cake is it is about right for two and, since my wife doesn't much eat cake, lasts several days at that.
