And we begin another round of 'where's my refund'.  

But first a stop off for cake.

I made my first spice cake yesterday

Cream cheese and butter icing

Would not pass BBO muster.... I can see all the flaws

All in all it was pretty good.  Cooked in two six inch pans it was a bit of learning.  I used coconut oil for the first time and it was a bit clumpy.  I was also trying a way to keep the cake from crowning.  It worked maybe a little too well. 

Taste is good, though.
