I love mullets. I will never forgive my mom's side of the family for saying i looked like a soccer hooligan and should cut mine off back in 1993 or whenever it was. I've had long hair again for years, but i never got the mullet again i think because of that judgemental shit. I still think it's the best hair cut. It's practical - you get a protected neck but it doesn't get in your eyes or your mouth, and it tangles less because there is less volume.

Always associated with redneck racists in my mind. It was pretty popular in Oklahoma by the Confederate flag waiving types. Regardless of utility that will always be the legacy around here.
