All was going well until Chicago. We got here on time but the connecting flight was delayed. On the bright side I was able to watch the last point in the wimbledon match just before.

Once again all was well if a little delayed and they closed the door. But the engine wouldn't start. The aux engine they use to kick start the main engine failed. They say they are getting a different one as we sit here with dwindling air and I contemplate the limits of my claustrophobia.

I've been lucky all my life to not be in this position so I guess it's my turn. Sounds like they are trying to spin things up right now. Finger's crossed.

Ok, well, first of all I hope you made it there all right?

Second, the ENGINE NOT STARTING would FREAK ME OUT.
I would likely be OFF that plane.

And third...good on you for facing this situation. I'll be over here hoping everything is ok.
