Finally Fall
Sep. 22nd, 2021 11:58It was 60 (15.6) degrees this morning. I wore a long sleeved shirt walking Zoe and was in no hurry to get on my bike since it was not going to be in the 90's anytime soon. It was windy but wonderful for over an hour riding.

The cycling might not make me thin ('you can't outrun a bad diet') but it nets me some more tasty food and improves my attitude and sleep. And the ride has enough hills to count as interval training.
Dana has a med appt and I'm going along. It is for a plumbing check out. She's had some issues and the doc wanted to be sure nothing really bad is happening. Pretty sure not but we're not sure if she's going to be given any drugs to get through the procedure. So I'm designated drive. If she's doing OK after the procedure we'll stop off and get flu shots. That time of year.

If you bring Susan she can drop in on her Cromwell friends while you're pedalling.
