We have bike racks.

At the urging of amw I checked out the new HEB for bike racks.  It is an easy bike ride from our house so I had a vested interest too.  They were not there.  I went back to the original drawing published online and they were in that so I sent a note to the big HEB in the sky.  Next day there were bike racks:

Enough for 18 bikes

I'm not taking credit but I'm glad they are there and was actually a little embarrassed at jumping the gun.  It will be a couple of months before I can use them (shoulder/bike/backpack) but I will use them.

Yeah,not even. I did get a response. It was from corporate in San Antonio. We'll take a look.
