Unintentionally productive

I had no ambitions today.  But Dana left, went down to see her cousin in Austin and is still there.  I was kind of watching the Texans' football game but it was absolute crap.  So I ended up vacuuming the house and then mounting the remaining bath safety bar.  And in the meanwhile I ran the dishwasher with the gas stove grates so they are clean now.   Not bad for a day with nothing planned.

I've kind of got the whole drilling into ceramic thing figured out now that I'll never need to use it again

The bar would hold probably 400 pounds.  It is solid.  I might put in a clamp handle on the close side of the tub too.  Extra safety.
