My Christmas present was a baby bundt cake pan. I made a pound cake.

A high crown.

Bubbly from mixing and not bouncing enough after putting it in the pan.

Nice smooth interior and excellent flavor.

Next will be working on drizzels. Raspberry, lemon, peach ....mmmmmmmmm.
