Seems like everybody who is anybody has Covid.  And I'm left out again.  We were to have our monthly breakfast club meeting this morning and had already decided it should be Zoom (well, I decided) but now it has been delayed a week because another of the group tested positive yesterday and doesn't feel up to it.

If I had a family or a job I'd just assume it was inevitable that I was going to get Covid and hope for the best.  As always, children are the vectors.  My eldest son is recovering (well, so far) having gotten it from his two daughters.  My friends with whom I am not breakfasting today have it from Christmas, New Years, and their kids.

It is a good time to be a curmudgeon.  I don't much trust Dana but she's actually been fairly careful knowing, as she does, that it would be much worse on her.  With our current air quality (cedar and dust) it is about as bad as Covid anyway but for the brain fog.  Actually not sure we'd notice that anyway.

Other than our walk this morning we've been inside all day.  Dana has been cleaning.  Is that a symptom of Covid?  Maybe we are infected.

I know exactly what you mean. It's become normal.

We're clean so far. Surprisingly.

I'd definitely prefer *not* to be one of the cool kids in this case. So far so good...
