My deal with myself is that I don't have to track my food and exercise if my weight stays below 212.  For whatever reason my body decided that it wanted to stay at 210 and not lose more weight.  I decided not to fight that for now (save for a later date) but to practice maintaining at that level.  So I've not been tracking nor really paying too much attention and it has been fine.  But this morning I was up to 212 so I'm back tracking everything.

I know what is the cause but a deal is a deal.  So different snacks, different meals, and tracking with My Fitness Pal (Noom cuts off some of the critical tracking stuff after the subscription runs out).  More water, less food, no drinking.  At least until Thursday then it is all out the window for a week while @susandennis and I conduct our periodic investigation of the delicious foods available in Seattle.

My big event today is a massage.  When I owned my own company and needed a break and had some money I had a standing schedule for a massage every other week.  It was wonderful and the therapist got to know me well enough that she could tell immediately what I needed on any given day so we did not talk much.  It was one of those things that got me through owning a business.  Now that every day is a holiday and my massage therapist went into drug rehab I seldom get a massage.  But there is a lady across the street that has an annual pre-Christmas opportunity to buy discount massages to use in the following year.  I always buy as much as I can and I'm using one today.  As long as I can keep her quiet I'll enjoy it.

It sucks when your weight sticks at a plateau no matter how "good" you're being — happens to me far more often than I care to think about.

Oh man, I hear ya! After decades I have finally managed to battle my way below 190. I would sorta like to be able to hit 180 but don't seem to be able to. But I'm good where I am now, so not gonna sweat it.
