Date: 2022-03-07 19:28 (UTC)About twenty years ago there was a British television show called "Changing Rooms" in which the participants, with a show's presenter-designer per house/room, redecorated one room in each other's houses.
One of the presenters overworked "literally," but I can't say she was using it incorrectly, e.g., "Then I literally by means of hot glue apply these toffee wrappers to the wall."
Well, how else does one apply something to the wall? Virtually? Maybe existentially?
