Toby and the turtle

Yesterday morning we went for a walk and there was a pretty good size turtle in the middle of the path.  Toby handled it pretty well considering it was about the same size as him.

And I got some video of it.

Aw! What a brave pupper! I love Zoe's magnificent disdain. By the happiness of her tail she was having way too much fun to let a turtle slow her down.

What a big chicken! The turtle wasn’t even moving.

Zoe is really good at minding her own business on the walk. The only thing she does anything about is rabbits and squirrels. If they run, she chases. Otherwise she is aloof. It took a long time to get her that way. Toby is making progress.

I completely LOLed at the video, especially since the turtle wasn't moving. Toby got brave in the end, though. ;)
