Four changes of clothing

I walk the dogs in the morning, usually before sunrise so I can still get to Pickleball or to the Ranch so I can walk my other dogs. When I get back I'm soaked through and change my clothes for whatever is the next thing I'm doing.
Today I did that, then played pickleball. Then came back to change clothes (actually I changed my shirt before getting in the car since it is completely soaked through).
Next today I went out to the Ranch to complete my fence repair. And came home with soaked clothes again and changed.
Now on my fourth set, I end up washing two or three sets of clothes every day.
So weird.
I did finish phase 1 of the fence project. The gate here on the right now works perfectly.

I had a couple of on site problems. The lag bolts I was using were not nearly long enough but I had some three inch screws and a set of washers that worked. The top is pretty well screwed on:

and then I hammered the ends down so they are actually providing kind of hands gripping the fence post to relieve some of the pressure. I may get some 3 inch lag bolts and replace on of the screws on each post just to be sure it is solid.
I also put much longer screws into the latch receiver so when people inadvertently slam the door it will hold. I may also buy a heavier duty latching mechanism if this one gets wonky again.
Now I need to work on the left one. Same problem, same solution. The posts are not really parallel so the latch is off. Back to home depot for supplies. It will be a lot easier this time having done it once.
Now is rest time. Getting ready to see the US vs Sweden. I'm not optimistic and won't get up at 3AM. I'll see it when I get up and hopefully avoid any announcements of the results.
Tomorrow is a rest day. A few stretches and that's about it. Monday is more Pickleball.
