First of all, let's be clear, I'm as in favor of topless women as the next man assuming the next man is not gay. But clearly I don't think the rule of law should make women being topless a crime if it also outlaws the existance of men altogether. What would be the point?
Fortunatly the District Judge agrees. Good on him.
