Khaleesi

The latest is that the masses that were removed from Khaleesi were not cancerous and she is eating again. So I am hopeful.

I'd love to see her like this again:




Meanwhile, this morning it was lovely and foggy and not cold.



I walked the usual suspects and had a couple of other volunteers so we got them all taken care of:




Shawn, who is deaf and has a blood disease similar to hemophilia, was full of energy and playful today.  I managed to get a closeup of his snout.

Other than the morning at the Ranch, things are quiet and there is nothing on the schedule.  I think I'm going to shower and take a nap.

My two days a week there anchor my life as much or more than the other days I play pickleball. Unfortunately the Ranch is about 35 minutes drive away so I can't just hop over for a few minutes. I'd go there more often. But I spend about five hours a week there and have done so for over three years and I consider myself very fortunate that I get to do that.
