My second favorite bread. Makes great toast in the morning. I didn't have sesame seeds so I substituted raw sunflower seeds.
It came out OK after all. This is always a pretty crumbly bread. But tasty.

Date: 2021-06-05 02:05 (UTC)It'll probably be a while before I attempt this--I want to finish my lesson book first--but it sounds like exactly the kind of bread I want to have around. I love "real" whole grain breads, even though they're usually a bit more dense the textures and flavors and nutrition are SO good. Looking forward to this recipe!
