Well the heat was OK. But there were people in the store. A lot of them. I don't much do people but especially not families of them shopping after church. My bad timing. I should have known better.

As I was cruising along looking at the carbohydrates I saw some raisin bread and thought maybe. But then I thought 'I have raisins and cinnamon and sugar and bread making skills'. So I put it back and am now on the hunt for a good raisin bread recipe. Never made it before so it is about time.

And I only need two things I didn't get. Not bad. I can go back tomorrow without the church crowd and be through the place in nearly zero time.

So now to bake some pre-soccer game raisin bread.

Good luck with your raisin bread! I make cinnamon raisin bread using my basic sourdough recipe and adding cinnamon, raisins, and slightly more sugar than usual.

We're on the first rise. I grabbed a recipe from King Arthur. Has to be good.
