Neither of us have emerged from the trip with a virus. Yet. It was the final thing I was concerned about. I was paying attention to the crowd around us and I think it is too early in the year and the warm climate has continued longer this year so we maybe have dodged a bullet there.

We are about to go pick up the dogs which will be the last charge on my very weary credit card. I've not looked at the card since we came back but I'm pretty sure that this Friday will be the first in years that I've not fully paid it off. No charges will accrue but I'm trying to get through without taking any money out of the IRA. I may not succeed. Not that it will kill us either way but we're definitely going to be parsimonious for a while getting money back in the investment account.

I played pickleball today at the new indoor courts. It was very different. Twenty minutes closer to our house and no sun, no wind, not hot. Many of the same people and a couple of new ones. I've signed up for Wednesday. My account gets 30 plays per month which is more than I can ever use. Each pass is good for a two hour period. I'll play maybe four times a week, so will use barely half of them. I've got a year's membership paid up. The nice thing is I can just drop over and use the pickleball machine when the place is quiet, soon as I figure out when that is.

While on the trip I did not track food at all. Ended up gaining 2 pounds but lost that immediately so I'm back where I was before we left. Very nice.

Dana lost her Medicare coverage for her Wagovy so we got her hooked up with the other version of what I'm doing, AKA Hers. Same deal. She should get her first batch in a couple of days. I've also talked her into tracking her food. She has no focus, no goal, no tracking so we'll see if we can change that and have both of us on the same system. It would be good for her too.

I'm happy with my ramp down to my desired weight and am used to the amount of food consumption now.

We're off to get the puppies now.
